Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)

The Elite Media Just Keep Lying to Try to Destroy America

Publisher's note: This post appears here courtesy of the Beaufort Observer.

For five years the Elite Media in America has been determined to defeat Donald F. Trump; first in preventing him from getting the nomination, then is preventing him from winning the General Election and then trying to get him impeached. They have lost at all turns.

Now they apparently realize they cannot prevent him from gaining a second term and as a lame-duck President they fear him beyond reason. They thought they could use the Covid 19 "pandemic" to get the job done but that too blew up in their faces, as his approval ratings climbed. Now they are seizing the latest opportunity...the George Floyd death. Add to that the CYA from the Deep State actors trying to their sins against Trump, chief among whom is Barack Obama and his minions, and we have a perfect storm. None of this will work any better than the other House of Cards built on lies, lies and more lies.

John Daniel Davidson, writing at The Federalist breaks it down for us:

  • It seems no great event or upheaval in our national life can pass now without the media lying to our faces about it.
  • They lied about the Trump campaign colluding with Russia in 2016. They lied about the Mueller probe and Brett Kavanaugh and former national security adviser Mike Flynn. They lied about Trump's phone call with the Ukrainian president and the impeachment farce that ensued. They lied about the coronavirus and the lockdowns and the White House response. And now they're lying about the riots.
