Retired British Intelligence Chief Says Coronavirus Likely Created in Lab

Sir Richard Dearlove, former head of the British intelligence agency MI6, has told the British media that the coronavirus called COVID-19 likely escaped accidentally from a lab after it was created there by Chinese scientists. He cited a new study by British and Norwegian researchers that concluded that the virus had unique inserts that would not have evolved naturally.

Early in the pandemic, a group of medical researchers in India advanced the same conclusion, but their scientific paper was withdrawn after heavy pressure by the Chinese government on the Indian government. The Nobel Prize winning virologist who discovered the HIV virus has also stated that his analysis concluded that this coronavirus could not have evolved naturally and had to have been genetically engineered in a lab.

All of this helps demands for China to pay reparations.
