    Chief Justice John Roberts is a reincarnation of the late Earl Warren, an Eisenhower appointee as Chief Justice who claimed to be a conservative and strict constructionist, but lied about that and became one of the worst at legislating from the bench, defying the separation of powers, and making law out of thin air to favor the left.

    Benedict Arnold Roberts latest travesty is ruling in favor of the DACA illegal aliens, who claim to have been brought in as children who usually have no proof, and demand to be allowed to stay here. He joined the court's four liberals in that ruling, the same thing traitor Roberts did in his first travesty, the ruling upholding Obamacare.

    John Roberts is a disgrace to the bench who ignores the law and rules on feelings and ideology, being a left wing ideology. He has done that again and again. Thanks a lot, Geroge W. Bush for appointing this despicable scoundrel.

    On another key issue, it is clear Neil Gorsuch lied to Trump and Congress as well.
