    Conrad James, the 27 year old leader of woke Raleigh non-profit Living Ultraviolet, has been arrested and charged with a felony for inciting a riot for leading the mob in destroying Confederate statues on the grounds of the Old State Capitol building last Friday night.

    That's not all. According to reports, James was previously arrested by the Wake County Sheriffs Department on account of him renting a car from Enterprise...and never returning it. He told Enterprise he lost the keys in Alabama and could not return it; the police located the car in Cary.
