    Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe confirmed that Iran is sending fake emails posing as the far-right Proud Boys with the intention of aiding Democratic nominee Joe Biden.

    "This data can be used by foreign actors to attempt to communicate false information to registered voters that they hope will cause confusion, sow chaos and undermine your confidence in American democracy," Ratcliffe stated.

    Commentary

    The problem here is with the Elite Media. In recent years we have seen examples of the media publishing unverified stories, often taken from social media and treated as documented sources.

    We really don't worry too much about such issues as the FBI is complaining about. We think the American voter is simply smarter than they give us credit for. We know junk when we see it most of the time and most people are not fooled to the extent that it controls how they vote.

    But if the problem is going to be fixed, the Elite Media must stop being so lazy and investigate their sources and document the content of what they publish.
