New physician to join Vidant Family Medicine - Chocowinity | Eastern North Carolina Now

Dr. Quoc Tai Phan has joined Vidant Family Medicine - Chocowinity. Phan comes to Chocowinity from Ketchikan Indian Health Clinic in Alaska where he has worked since 2010. Prior to that, he worked at East Carolina Internal Medicine in New Bern, N.C.
