ENCNow

A newly released Gallup poll shows increasing distrust by Americans in both television news and newspapers.  The poll showed that among all Americans, only 21% trusted newspapers and only 16% trusted TV news.  Those numbers show a continuing decline from results of past polls.

Among Republicans, only 6% trusted TV news and 8% trusted newspapers.  Even among Democrat voters, only, 25% trusted TV news and 35% trusted newspapers. For Independents, 9% trusted TV news and 17% trusted newspapers.

Overall, only three American institutions showed trust by a majority of Americans - small business (70% trust), the military (69% trust), and the police (51% trust).  Public schools only showed a 32% trust and Big Tech a 29% trust.

The blatant partisan bias by the media has left Americans not trusting them.  THey have done it to themselves.
