Poland deploys army to border to stop Muslim illegal immigration | Eastern NC Now

Poland is the latest European country to sent its army to the border to stop illegal immigration.  Its neighbor Lithuania did so three weeks ago, and then followed up by ordering them to use force if necessary to stop illegals entering the country.  Poland is also stringing up barbed wire to help close their border.  The initial Polish army deployment is 900 troops.  Poland's Defense Minister has accused Belarus of "migration warfare".

The problem is that the rogue regime in neighboring Belarus is allowing an Iraqi airline to fly in Muslim migrants from Bagdad, mostly Iraqi, but some Syrian and Afghan, and then assisting them to illegally cross into EU countries.  The original focus of the illegal alien migrant incursion was into Lithuania, but it has now spread to other EU countries.

Poland's government is run by the populist / nationalist conservative Law and Justice Party, while Lithuania's is run by the traditional conservative Homeland Union party.

Other European countries that currently have their armies on the border tasked with helping their border police stop illegal immigration include Austria, Hungary, Greece, Macedonia, and Bulgaria.
