strikes blow for freedom

ENCNow

Spain's Supreme Court has struck down requirements for vaccine passports for entry to public spaces including restaurants, bars, and nightclubs saying enforcement of that policy violated citizens Constitutional freedoms.  The national ruling follows five local courts making similar rulings against local government vaccine passport requirements.

A few weeks ago, Spain's highest court, the Constitutional Court, had ruled that the government's States of Alarm over Covid, and the lockdowns imposed thereunder had been unconstitutional from their inception.  That ruling was worded in a way that opens Spain's Socialist government up to citizen lawsuits from those who suffered harm from the lockdowns.

Wouldn't it be nice if our Supreme Court was as willing to uphold freedom as the Spanish courts have been?  Instead, we have Faucism inflicted upon us.
