1/2 million for fence around Biden beach house

The Department of Homeland Security has awarded a nearly half-million-dollar contract to a local construction company in order to build a large fence around Biden’s private beach house in Rehoboth, Delaware. The property is also known as Biden’s “summer White House” according to the his administration.
On September 21st, the agency allocated $456,548 in taxpayer funds to “Turnstone Holdings LLC” for the “purchase and installation of security fencing at 32 Fairview, Rehoboth Delaware.” The agreement – which is available to view on USAspending.gov – does not provide any specific breakdowns of cost or services rendered. The construction is scheduled to be completed by December 31st, 2021.
The contract was awarded just shortly before the DHS announced that it would be terminating all remaining border wall contracts.
