PA Appeals Court strikes down vote-by-mail | Eastern NC Now
will be appealed to state Supreme Court
In a win for election integrity, Pennslyvania's Appeals Court voted 3 to 2 to strike down the state's 2019 mail in ballot law as violating the state Constitution.. The Democrat governor vowed to appeal.
Wisconsin's courts had earlier struck down the use of ballot drop boxes.
