Politically corrupt NC Supreme Court needs to be ousted this November | Eastern NC Now

NC left wing Democrat Supreme Court Justice Anita Earls largest contribution was $250,000 from the organization of the main figure behind the redistricting lawsuit, Eric Holder.  It was also the Holder group's largest contribution.  The politically corrupt Anita Earls was bought and paid for on this issue and should have recused herself.  In failing to do so, she revealed herself a corrupt and unethical individual who does not belong on any court.

Earls was key to corrupting the entire 4 member Democrat majority to abuse their power for nakedly partisan purposes, legislate from the bench, make up law to suit their political objectives, and rip the doctrine of separation of powers to shreds.  This is a despicable partisan assault on North Carolina democracy.

Voters can start to get even this November as two of those Democrat seats are on the ballot.  We must elect Republicans, so maybe a lawsuit can be brought before an honest court to undo what the Earls dominated court has done to North Carolina.

If a crooked court can make up law out of thin air like these 4 Democrat scoundrels did, no citizen is safe from their shananigans.

One of the Democrats who did this is apparently not running for re-election this year. She probably understands what she has done and how voters will feel about it. the other, Sam Ervin IV is apparently running and he needs to be defeated over this partisan abuse of power.
