Key McCrory education appointee was advocate for CRT | Eastern NC Now

even pushed CRT training for disabled preschoolers

They say that birds of a feather flock together.

As governor, Pat McCrory appointed a Critical Race Theory advocate, Eric Davis who is registered Unaffiliated as chairman of the State Board of Education.  Showing how far to the left Davis is, Roy Cooper reappointed him to the board.  Davis has been a supporter of Critical Race Theory (CRT), the radical new Social Studies curriculum that is based on CRT, and even the failed and parent-hated Common Core math.  The radical Davis even went so far as to advocate for indoctrinating disabled preschoolers with the racist CRT.

McCrory made a whole lot of liberal or progressive appointments as governor and this is just one of many bad eggs.  Republican activists had a hard time getting any appointments under McCrory, in contrast.

And the RINOs want McCrory to be our US Senate candidate???? I don't think that will fly with the GOP base.  A whole lot of conservatives are going to leave that race blank if he is the nominee.  Conservatives need to work hard to nominate Trump-endorsed Congressman Ted  Budd for Senate, or at least the somewhat conservative Mark Walker.  McCrory is a bridge too far.
