WATCH: Whoopi Claims Biden’s SCOTUS Nominee ‘Outshines’ All 3 Trump Nominees | Eastern North Carolina Now

On Friday, renowned constitutional scholar Whoopi Goldberg of ABC's "The View" offered her sage opinion regarding President Biden's nominee for the Supreme Court, Ketanji Brown Jackson, claiming she could "outshine" former President Trump's three nominees to the Supreme Court, Justices Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett.

Goldberg snapped, "Based on the people, the last three people they put in. This is a woman who can outshine each and every one of those people. Her abilities are outstanding. I mean, she's outstanding. So you put in Amy Coney Barrett, you put in the other one, and you're questioning her?"

Guest Eboni Williams, the host of "REVOLT Black News," who obtained her law degree from the esteemed institution Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and has been a cast member on Bravo TV's "Real Housewives of New York City," weighed in on the subject, pontificating:

But Whoopi, let's not pretend that we don't know what it's about, right? What bus is always on time? The one that indicts the determinations and the qualifications of the black women in this country. And so that bus is never late. And I want to say this -based off the fact that this will be one of the only Supreme Court justices, to your point, of that example of the last one we got - who will be confirmed by bipartisan nature, already has been at the appellate level by the United States Senate. She's overqualified. Let me go on record in saying that.

"That's what's scary to them," Goldberg lectured. "And it's like, you know, if you say you want the brightest, the greatest that we have, she's perfect representation of that. Now what I hope they all remember, is I hope they all remember their laws when they question her, because you know, she will just, she will just be like this with them ... 'Oh, you didn't know this? All you had to do is look it up.'"

Co-host Ana Navarro, ignoring the scurrilous and vicious attacks on Justice Brett Kavanaugh during his confirmation hearings, mocked, "I'll tell you what she needs to do; she needs to keep her cool and answer calmly and answer with substance because she, because of who she is, is not going to get away with the crying meltdown that Kavanaugh did. "

Goldberg concluded, "We don't get to do that. We don't get to - we got to be the strong one. So you know what? Bring it on. She's ready for you."

The Daily Wire reported this week:

Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, President Joe Biden's Supreme Court pick, has repeatedly embraced champions of Critical Race Theory (CRT) in lectures and speeches while nodding to the progressive idea with the use of terms such as "microaggression."

    ...

A review of a handful of Jackson's lectures and speeches from the past seven years shows that the nominee has a strong appreciation for leading proponents of CRT, a progressive idea that holds in part: "racism is endemic to, rather than a deviation from, American norms," legal scholar Kimberle Crenshaw, who coined the term, wrote in 1989. While Jackson has avoided openly championing CRT, she has complimented its advocates and suggested that the progressive theory informs her legal analysis.

    ...

In February 2020, Jackson spoke at the James E. Parsons Award Dinner for the Black Law Student's Association at the University Of Chicago. During her speech, Jackson told students that "microaggressions ... are real," echoing sentiments she had given months earlier in an October 2019 keynote address at the Husch Blackwell Retreat.

    ...

In January 2020, Jackson gave a lecture to the University of Michigan Law School as part of its Martin Luther King, Jr. Day celebration. In a speech on "Black Women Leaders In The Civil Rights Movement Era And Beyond," Jackson said she took inspiration from one of the works of the late Derrick Bell, who is often touted as the godfather of CRT.
