keep men from cheating by "identifying" as women

ENCNow

Three more states have passed laws this week to protect womens sports from men cheating by saying they "identify" as women and then using their greater body strength to push real women out of sports.  Arizona, Oklahoma, and Kentucky enacted laws Thursday to protect womens sports.  They join Texas, Alabama, Mississippi, and Iowa, which have already done so.  On Friday, Utah's legislature overrode the veto of its RINO governor to also protect womens sports.

Why hasn't a similar bill been introduced in North Carolina?
