Biden does not want offshore oil production. He is pushing offshore wind farms, which are a very expensive way to make electricity while slaughtering seabirds and destroying fishing grounds. He cares nothing about the negative impacts on Americans. He is just pushing his far left ideology. Biden's climate policies are both Russia-friendly and even more so China-friendly.
