CDC failed to follow proper rulemaking procedures

A federal district court judge in Florida has entered a court order striking down the CDC's mask mandate on aircraft and on other public transportation.  The judge ruled that the CDC had failed to properly follow federal rulemaking policy.  Airlines had pointed out that air filtration system on modern aircraft make virus transmission unlikely.
