Sheriffs shocker: ‘No border left’ | Eastern NC Now

President Joe Biden’s 15-month dismantling of U.S.-Mexico border protections and policies has essentially eliminated efforts to keep illegal immigrants out of the nation, according to the nation’s front-line sheriffs.

“We simply have no border left in Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, or Southern California,” said the nation’s sheriffs in a four-paragraph letter to Senate leaders and provided to Secrets.

A new Rasmussen Reports survey shared with Secrets found that by a margin of 51%-34%, voters believe that Biden is “purposefully encouraging illegal immigration.”

“We didn’t lock people up in cages,” Biden claimed. “We didn’t separate families. We didn’t do all of those things, number one.” As USA Today noted in an Aug. 2020 fact check, the Obama administration approved and built the so-called “cages” designed to temporarily hold migrant minors.

A few moments later, Biden stated:

What I would do as president is several more things, because things have changed. I would, in fact, make sure that there is, we immediately surge to the border — all those people are seeking asylum, they deserve to be heard. That’s who we are. We’re a nation who says, if you want to flee, and you’re freeing oppression, you should come.
