Intercepted phone call shows depravity of Russian torture of civilians in Ukraine | Eastern NC Now

FSB (former KGB) uses brutal tactics against Ukrainian civilians

ENCNow

An intercepted telephone call between a soldier in the Russian 11th army corps and his mother revealed brutal methods of torture being used by the FSB (successor to the KGB) on Ukrainian civilians.  The soldier bragged to his mother about assisting in the torture and said he enjoyed it.  His mother agreed.

One of the methods the soldier described in detail was called "21 roses" where the skin on each finger and toe, as well as the victim's penis was sliced and peeled back like the petals on a flower.
