RINO House Speaker Tim Moore is again being a point man for leftwing governor Roy Cooper's liberal agenda, this time on Obamacare Medicaid expansion, one of the things nearest and dearest to Cooper's evil heart. Moore has announced his own Medicaid expansion bill with a few differences that his sell out Senate comrade Phil Berger, and he plans to send it to committee today. His collusion with Cooper was indicated by Moore admitting he worked with Cooper's DHHS on his bill.
Tim Moore is kicking the Republican base in the teeth in order to help Cooper with his left wing agenda, a very stupid political move in a critical election year as it will sour GOP voters and make some stay home.
The House Republican caucus voted unanimously earlier this year that they did NOT want to do Medicaid expansion, but if Moore gets it out of the committees and onto the floor for a vote, he will not need that many RINOs to add to the Democrat votes.
This is the same Tim Moore who has previously delivered Cooper far left legislation Cooper wanted on transgender ideology and on the Green New Deal.
With backstabbing "Republican" leadership like Moore and Berger who do the bidding of Roy Cooper against the policies and principles of Republicans, there badly needs to be a change in legislative leadership.

The forces behind the sports gambling bill are the ultra "woke" sports organizations - NBA, NFL, etc. Supporting sports betting is supporting wokeness. It will give them more money to put into their "woke" agenda. RINO Senator Jim Perry seems to be all-in with "woke" special interests - green new deal, Medicaid expansion, and now sports betting, of which he is one of the major proponents in the Senate. We will have a very "woke" state senator with RINO Perry.

We are seeing the true colors of our legislators on some of this liberal legislation. Rep. Keith Kidwell, as chairman of the House Freedom Caucus, has been leading the fight against the Medicaid expansion and the gambling bills. The gambling bills went down in flames this week, and he is coordinating efforts to do the same with the Medicaid expansion. On the Senate side, our soon-to-be state senator, Jim Perry is a completely different kettle of fish. A delegation on GOP activists from Craven County, which he is currently running to represent went to talk to him at his office on Medicaid expansion, and Perry cut them off with "I don't care what you think". Is THAT the attitude we want to see in legislators?

True conservative republicans need to find a way to clean up the party and send the RINO's packing. No I have no ideas on how but I am sure someone does without relying on voters that buy into fairy tales that politicians spin at election time.

There are many people who overlook the brilliance of the US Constitution. They argue that it is outdated and unfit to adequately govern such a modern nation as ours in the 21st century.
