State Supreme Court's gerrymandering may be set aside

The US Supreme Court has agreed to hear an appeal by the legislature against the recent state Supreme Court gerrymandering of our Congressional districts in favor of the Democrats.  The state Supreme Court has a very partisan Democrat majority and used very partisan "assistant special masters" to draw their maps.  The issue in the case is whether state courts can interfere in districting issues for federal elections.
