A Florida sheriff says a homeowner who fired an AK-47 to defend his home against three home invaders will "absolutely not be charged" saying that in Florida one had a right to defend himself and his home. Two of the home invaders were arrested at the house and a third was taken into custody when he sought medical attention for a gunshot wound to the head.
