after Manchin spurns Democrat legislation
Biden's radical green agenda, which would do to electric rates what he has already done to gas prices, was sunk in Congress when Joe Manchin put his foot down and refused to go along with it. Now Biden is arrogantly saying he will impose that agenda by executive diktat.
The US Supreme Court has already struck down EPA rules where they exceeded rulemaking authority from Congress. Biden wants to go that route again, ruling by decree, acting like a dictator and abusing power. Biden is channeling Hitler who took legislative power away from the Reichstag and ruled by decree. Joe Biden in his arrogance is a threat to American democracy.
