Drug Bust: Marijuana and Paraphernalia | Eastern NC Now

    On November 29, 2012, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Jaquan Tremel Jones, age 18, of 406 E 11th St. in Washington, Deshawn Terrell Moore, age 19, of 105 Pheasant Drive in Washington and Don Covay Wallace, age 39, of 406 E 11th St. in Washington. Their arrests stemmed from Investigators executing a search warrant at 406 E 11th St in Washington. As a result Investigators seized prepackaged marijuana, digital scales and drug paraphernalia.

    Jones was charged with four counts of Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, four counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Maintaining a Residence to Facilitate Drug Activity. Wallace was charged with Possession of Less than ½ Ounce of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Maintaining a Residence to Facilitate Drug Activity. Moore was charged with Possession of Less than ½ Ounce of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Jones was issued a $10,000 secured bond and Wallace and Moore were both issued $300 secured bonds.
