Joint Committee on Taxation finds billions in taxes on working and middle class

ENCNow

An analysis by the non-partisan Joint Committee on Taxation has found that the Manchin-Schumer "Inflation Reduction Act" will raise taxes for those making under $200,000 a year by $16.7 Billion and that these lower income taxpayers will pay more of the tax burden from the bill than higher income brackets.  Biden promised not to raise taxes on anyone making under $400,000 a year and this bill clearly makes that promise a lie.
