21 states say school lunch funds should not be tied to radical gender policy
21 states, represented by their Attorney Generals, have sued the Biden regime to lift the policy Biden has introduced that uses withholding federal lunch assistance to forcing schools to adopt radical gender bender policies. The Biden regime is demanding that schools let boys compete in girls sports, allow boys in girls bathrooms and locker rooms, and that sexually explicit material be presented to very young children.
Biden is the bully stealing kids lunch money.
With NC's radical left Attorney General Josh Stein, we are NOT one of the states filing the lawsuit.

Education is not a right given to the United States by the US Constitution, thus everything dealing with education is a states right and needs to be respected, but as we know the democrats have no respect for the Constitution, states rights, American citizens or America.
