ACLU pushes same drug for kids that it opposed for rapists | Eastern NC Now

When Alabama passed a law allowing chemical castration of  serious sex offenders with a highly potent and potentially dangerous drug, the ACLU hotly opposed it saying the drug was "experimental", had "no basis in law", and was "cruel and unusual punishment".  The drug does have some potentially serious side effects.

Now the ACLU is promoting the very same drug for use with children who are mixed up about their gender.  Now the ACLU calls use of this drug "gender affirming care", "medically necessary", and "lifesaving" as they oppose Texas prohibiting use of this drug on children.

So, the ACLU opposes use of this potent drug on the vilest of sex offenders, but promotes use of it on children.  The ACLU as an organization is very seriously screwed up in the head.  Maybe they should just test this drug on ACLU members.
