The socialist regime in Venezuela is emptying its prisons and sending its criminals to the US southern border. Even Biden's Department of Homeland Security acknowledges this but they will not defend our borders.

Many years ago didn't Mexico do the same with their prisons and mental hospitals and sent the prisoners and patients to the US? I have a vague memory of that happening but not sure when.
