Key U.S. Senate Race Moved From ‘Leans Democrat’ To ‘Toss Up’ After Ron DeSantis Endorses Candidate: Report | Eastern North Carolina Now

RealClearPolitics has shifted their projections for a key U.S. Senate race ahead of next week's midterm elections after the candidate has seen a boost in the polls following an endorsement from Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R).

The updated prediction from RealClearPolitics in U.S. Senate race in Colorado has moved the race between Sen. Michael Bennet (D-CO) and Republican challenger Joe O'Dea from "leans Democrat" to "toss up," Fox News reported.

"Voters are angry and they know who caused the problem - they're fed up and eager for change," Joshua Marin-Mora, deputy press secretary for the O'Dea campaign, posted on Twitter in response to the news on Friday.

"When you're talking about the issues that affect working Coloradans, that's what's moving the needle," O'Dea told Fox News Digital in a statement. "We're talking about record inflation, record crime, and diesel that's over $5 a gallon. That's what matters to working Americans, and that's why we're going to win on Tuesday."

Polls have moved more in favor of Republicans retaking control of the U.S. Senate in recent days in addition to them being expected to blow out Democrats in House races next week.

The surge in support for O'Dea, which could be a key race that helps take away power from Democrats in the Senate, comes after DeSantis endorsed him late last month.

"Hello this is Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis," the Florida governor said in a robocall. "America needs strong leadership and desperately. That's why I'm endorsing Joe O'Dea for U.S. Senate. Colorado, please vote for Joe O'Dea."

"I've watched Joe from a distance, and I'm impressed," DeSantis continued.

Former President Donald Trump has refused to support O'Dea and has attacked DeSantis for boosting him in an attempt to help Republicans reclaim control of the Senate.

"A BIG MISTAKE!" Trump responded on social media.

DeSantis made appearances with Turning Point Action in August and September to campaign for U.S. Senate candidates JD Vance, of Ohio; Ron Johnson, of Wisconsin; Blake Masters, of Arizona; and Adam Laxalt, of Nevada.

DeSantis has been equally busy backing current and potential fellow Republican governors, campaigning for Tim Michels, of Wisconsin; Derek Schmitt, of Kansas; Mark Ronchetti, of New Mexico; Doug Mastriano, of Pennsylvania; Kari Lake, of Arizona; and current Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt.

Inarguably, the policies of the Democrats in congress and Joe Biden as the Executive is plunging the United States into a recession, if we are not already there; a recession that was completely avoidable. Will abrupt changes in policies occur in time?
Yes, the Democrats have a bold plan, yet to be revealed, to save us.
No, there will have to be a complete undoing of the damage done by these Democrats.
I can't do simple math, so how am I to understand the concept of basic economics.
