''sex'' means biological sex, NOT "gender identity"
A federal district court judge has struck down a key part of the Biden regime's "woke" gender identity agenda by tuling that the term "sex" in Title IX and in the Obamacare legislation referred to biological sex, NOT gender identity. The lawsuit was brought by doctors unwilling to be part of the Biden regime's "gender transition" process.
