DoD records show US funding of Anthrax Laboratory in Ukraine | Eastern NC Now

What were we told there were no biolabs in Ukraine

ENCNow

Judicial Watch announced today it received 345 pages of records from the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), a component of the U.S. Department of Defense, revealing that the United States funded anthrax laboratory activities in a Ukrainian biolab in 2018. Dozens of pages are completely redacted, and many others are heavily redacted. The records show over $11 million in funding for the Ukraine biolabs program in 2019.

The records were obtained in response to a February 28, 2022, Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency for records regarding the funding of Black & Veatch involving work of any manner with biosafety laboratories in the country of Ukraine.

There is quite a difference in bio-labs, both in levels of security and in purpose, and lumping them all into one pile makes no sense. When faced with a highly aggressive neighbot like Russia which is known to possess bio-weapons, it is wise to be prepared in case they use them. Anthrax is one of the things the Russians are known to have. If a bunch of Ukrainians started getting sick after a Russian missile landed, they would need competent labs to determine what it was and how to deal with it.

Is threat reduction what they claimed in China? What about Boston University that create a covid strain that is 80% lethal is that threat reduction or is it one of Fauci's new creations he wants to release on the world, like the original covid? Interesting how quickly Boston U, lab gain of function work disappeared from the news. They can claim threat reduction all they want but what was really goes on in these labs we don't really know.

Doesn't the term "Threat Reduction" tell you anything? This would appear to be setting up defenses against a possible Antrax attack, which Russia is certainly capable of, not experimenting with Antrax. The dangerous "gain of function" research money is going to Red China.
