WHO is racist? Monkeypox is renamed | Eastern NC Now
wokism gone crazy?
When a normal person hears the word Monkeypox, he thinks of a disease. When he hears the word "monkey", a normal person thinks of a cute furry animal one sees in zoos.
Not so the "woke" World Health Organization (WHO). They have renamed Monkeypox to Mpox, saying monkeypox is "racist". What's going on here? Is the WHO trying to compare a race of human beings to monkeys? If so, aren't THEY the ones being racist? Shame on them!
And don't forget that it was Sleepy Joe Biden who asked them to do it. Is this just another one of his inane racist brain farts he is so noted for?
Now the term "monkeypox" may be unfair to monkeys, who seem to have no role in spreading it. If it has to be renamed, why not name it for the group that primarily does spread it - Homopox or Gaypox? But, then again, the "woke" would not like that much, either.
