McConnell throws American taxpayers under the omnibus | Eastern NC Now

''China" Mitch wants more spending; conservatives oppose

ENCNow

"China Mitch" McConnell is at it again to pander to Biden and the Democrats, supporting Biden's proposal for an omnibus spending bill in the lame duck session before Republicans take over control of the House, instead of a continuing resolution which would not allow any new spending. An omnibus bill would allow any new spending programs to be added.  Senate conservatives want to limit spending as tightly as possible until the GOP House majority is sworn in.  GOP House leader McCarthy has come down on both sides of the issue but now appears to join with Senate conservatives in favoring a continuing resolution instead of an omnibus.

It is insane that Senate Republicans put longtime Democrat collaborator Mitch McConnell back in as their leader, and McConnell has wasted no time in illustrating his continuing treachery.

mitch McConnell is an absolute disaster. He connives with the liberals, including Obama and Biden and attacks conservatives every chance he gets. GOP senators needed to ditch Tax Hike Mitch as leader but they sorely failed our taxpayers and Republican voters. Mitch McConnell and his turncoat leadership is why we do not have a Republican senate majority right now. We all know Thom Tillis is just as big a traitor as McConnell, but I was appalled that Ted Budd did not join the conservatives in pushing to get rid of McConnell.
