Grand Jury finds "woke" School Board responsible for bathroom rapes | Eastern NC Now

A special Virginia grand jury, empanelled by the Republican Attorney General, has found the Loudon County Schools responsible for the rape of two girls in school bathrooms by a "transgender" boy who had been allowed in the bathrooms by school officials.  After the first rape, the only punishment for the boy was to transfer him to another school, where he committed the second bathroom rape.  The schools did not report the matter to the police.  After the second rape, the boy was charged and convicted of both rapes.  When the father of the first victim appeared before the school board to object to the policy of letting boys into girls bathrooms and pointed out his daughter had been raped as a result, the school board had the police escort him out of their meeting.  The Grand Jury report said the Loudon County Schools "failed at every juncture" to protect its students.

Loudon County's school board fired its superintendant after the Grand Jury report, but the school board members ought to be resigning themselves over what they did.

What policy does the Beaufort County Schools have on self-described "transgenders" going into the bathroom of the opposite biological sex?  Are they also "woke" officially or do they just look the other way and let each school do its own thing?  Our students need to be protected with a formal policy to keep students of one biological sex out of the bathrooms and locker rooms of the other sex.
