McConnell throws GOP base under the omnibus in spending sellout to Dems | Eastern NC Now

Mitch "Benedict Arnold" McConnell's latest sellout of Republicans to Biden and the liberals is, as it often is, on spending.  Instead of a short term continuing resolution to allow the House GOP majority to cut the out of control Democrat spending that a loyal Republican would have stood firm on, Mitch McConnell is greenlighting a massive omnibus spending bill that will set spending through 2023 while Democrats remain in control in the lame duck session.

The actions of McConnell has his allies to sell out to Biden and the Democrats and neuter the new Republican House majority has led conservative Senator Rand Paul to proclaim that it makes it a "lie" to say Republicans are fiscally conservative.  Mitch McConnell and his sellout "leadership" certainly are NOT.

This bill, compiled in secret will likely run 3,000 pages long and be released just a few hours before it is voted on.  It is expected to contain thousands of corrupt earmarks.
