IMO, this is the issue that spotlights those that have been brainwa$hed and those that haven't. It gives those that have a chance (Repeal HB951) to correct their ineptness to be able to reason RIGHT From WRONG. Failure to do so would represent irreprepleable ineptness or aiding and abetting the enemy (CCP).
