West Virginia's Save Womens Sports Act upheld by Democrat judge
A Democrat Clinton-appointed federal District Court judge has upheld West Virginia's Save Womens Sports Act that restricts single sex sports to biological members of each gender, not allowing boys who claim they think they are girls to cheat and play in womens or girls sports.
West Virginia passed this law in 2021. When is North Carolina going to get around to this common sense requirement?
