80 Illinois sheriffs now refuse to enforce Illinois new gun control law | Eastern NC Now

sheriffs back 2nd Amendment over conflicting state law

ENCNow

This is a good example of why it is critically important to elect Constitutional sheriffs to control our law enforcement instead of appointed police chiefs.

There are now 80 county sheriffs in Illinois who have announced that they will not enforce the state's repressive new gun control law, citing that it is contrary to the 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms.

Not a single appointed police chief seems to be standing up for citizens Constitutional rights, however.
