One of the world's most renowned scientitic databases, The Cochrane Library, has published a study of 78 randomized control trials, the gold standard in medical research, that show that masks are useless to stop respiratory viruses like Covid and the flu. Even the most effective masks in terms of filtration, the N95s, do not stop these illnesses.
