Texas bans DEI in hiring; DEI is CRT on steroids | Eastern North Carolina Now

Texas is banning DEI, the big brother of CRT, in state govenrment hiring, including in education.  DEI stands for "Diversity, Equity, Inclusion" and uses Orwellian definitions of those three words to turn their meaning on their heads from how they are normally used.  Their new meaning means exclusion of those they do not like - whites, men, heterosexuals, Christians, conservatives, etc.

DEI is based on Critical Theory, a concept devised by Herbert Marcuse, former chief ideologue of the German Communist Party, whose concept was to create multiple divisions within society that the communists and others of the far left could then exploit.  Critical Race Theory is one of the offshoots, concocted by a cadre of subsequent Marxists, of Critical Theory.

Beaufort County's school superintendant is currently pushing the school board to rubberstamp selection of a social studies "curriculum" that is riddled with DEI.  It is produced by a radical education industry company, SAVVAS, whose staff member charged with curriculum content is also an open supporter and proponent of Critical Theory.
