Officials question Covid vaccine link after EU excess deaths spike 19% | Eastern NC Now

Members of the European parliament are demanding answers as to whether the Covid vaccines were responsible after Eurostat figures showed a 19% spike in excess deaths across the continent reported for December 2022.  The particular countries with the most and least excess deaths were also very significant.   The countries where the fewest citizens took the Covid vaccine, Bulgaria and Romania, in which less than a third got vaccinated, actually saw the number of excess deaths fall..  Highly vaccinated Germany, on the other hand, saw a 37% increase in excess deaths.  Excess deaths are those deaths that are more than the expected death rate in a given period.
