Head of Risk Assessment for SV Bank spent her time on woke issues | Eastern NC Now

The busted Silicon Valley Bank's Head of Risk Assessment, Jay Ersapah has been accused of spending her time promoting "woke" issues like Pride Month instead of doing her job to assess risk to the bank in the weeks leading up to its implosion.  As reported by the largest circulation newspaper in the UK:

But, then again, the Silicon Valley Bank promoted DEI at every turn, so her superiors were probably okay with this behavior.  Too bad the bank's customers had to suffer from it.  The bank's website just oozes DEI:
