The Biden regime has set up a multi-billion dollar welfare pipeline scheme for illegal aliens. It is based on Biden giving "parole" to huge numbers of illegal aliens crossing the border. This will allow them to claim welfare benefits after they have been in the US for five years. The cost per million illegal aliens will be $3 Billion per year, and so far, Biden has "paroled" in a million illegal aliens.
