The falsely named "Inflation Reduction Act" rammed through by the Democrats will lead to greatly expanded IRS audits, and those will fall heavily on small and medium sized business.  An audit is an expensive and time consuming headache for those impacted even if the IRS finds nothing wrong.  When they do find something they say is wrong, they are often not right about it, as the IRS loses about half the cases that go to tax court.

Biden's so-called "inflation Reduction Act" appropriated $46 Billion for an army of new IRS auditors.  Fortunately, Speaker McCarthy's debt cailing legislation eliminates these extra IRS stormtroopers from the budget.  Biden is demanding they stay in the budget.

Recent testimony by experts in Congress has confirmed that these expanded IRS audits will mainly hit small and medium sized businesses.   That is consistent with the Biden regime's tilt to big woke corporations.
