Czech high court: gender can only be changed on documents after surgery | Eastern NC Now

Advocates of radical gender ideology have taken a double barrel hit in Europe, a continent that has been far more cautious in reacting to those who think people can choose their own gender.  First Denmark imposed increased restrictions on gender transition of children.  Now the Czech Republic's Supreme Administrative Court has ruled that gender can only be changed on official documents after a person has had the complete surgery.  This ruling strengthens a previous ruling by the country's Constitutional Court, its highest court, that blocked people from asserting a different gender than their biologicial gender.
