Biden ATF starts process of universal background checks by executive fiat | Eastern NC Now

The Biden regime is moving to defy Congress and impose universal background checks for firearms transactions on ordinary citizens by executive action.  An ordinary citizen selling a gun to another citizen would be treated like a gun dealer in having to do background checks.  Congress has consistently rejected this proposal for the last twenty years, and it is authoritarian arrogance to try to impose it by executive action by regulation.

We should remember that Nazi Germany's 1938 Reich Gun Law that took guns away from Jews and others was done the same way, by executive action.  This is the way a dictator behaves.
