New Yorkers shout down AOC and Nadler on illegal immigration | Eastern North Carolina Now

The Democrats are tone deaf on immigration.  When AOC and Jerry Nadler held a press conference backing Biden's border policies in New York City, they were shouted down by New Yorkers with cries of "Close the Damn Border", "Go Home",  "Go back to your own country", "You are not welcome here" and similar statements.

The outrage of New Yorkers over illegal immigration shows that this issue has appeal all across the spectrum. The contrast on it between Trump and Biden, and also between deSantis and Biden should go a long way to help the GOP win the presidency in 2024.
