Press Release:

Washington, D.C.     Congressman Greg Murphy, M.D. issued the following statement in response to the attack on Israel by Hamas and Palestinian terrorists:

"I'm heartbroken to see Israel under attack by bloodthirsty Hamas and Palestinian terrorists who wish to destroy them," said Congressman Greg Murphy, M.D. "The U.S. will stand strong with our ally against this unprovoked attack. However, make no mistake, global stability has suffered under the weak leadership of President Biden who less than a month ago unfroze $6 billion in assets of the Iranian regime that is backing these terrorist groups."

"Our enemies watched our disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, and today, Russia continues to wage war in Ukraine, Israel is under attack, and China is lying in wait to launch an invasion into Taiwan."

"Israel has the absolute right to exist, and I pray for peace and protection for the Israeli people in this time of war. We must never bend our knee to terrorists and those who wish to do harm to innocent individuals."
