Hillary Clinton got into a shouting match at an event on Monday with a heckler who demanded she denounce President Biden's "warmongering."

The exchange was caught on video and occurred during a panel discussion at the Institute of Global Politics at Columbia University in Manhattan.

"You sit down, and we're going to let other people talk," Clinton told the heckler as he stood in the crowd and talked over her.

"Can you please make a statement about President Joe Biden's speech? This is a clearly warmongering speech," the heckler said. "President Joe Biden is calling for $100 billion of funding for Israel, Taiwan, and Ukraine, and we're supposed to just bundle these together and pretend like we're going to rush to World War Three and we're all just going to let Hillary Rodham Clinton sit here?"

Biden addressed the nation from the Oval Office on Friday and spoke about his plan to push for a $105 billion security aid package for Israel, Taiwan, and Ukraine.

Earlier this month, the Palestinian terror group Hamas waged a deadly attack on Israeli civilians, prompting massive retaliatory strikes from Israel.

The former secretary of state told the heckler that this was "not the way to have a conversation" and offered to speak to him after the event.

"Okay, right, you're gonna wait for me, right? Please," the heckler said.

"I will wait for you, and I will listen to you, and I will respond to you," Clinton said.

"Respectfully, I do not believe you," the heckler said. "The fact of the matter is, the American people's voice is what needs to be heard because our president is not speaking for the American people, and neither are you."

"Well, that's your opinion," Clinton said. "Sit down; we've heard your opinion."

"I'm going to exercise my free speech," the heckler continued.

"But it's not free speech when you're disrupting everyone else's opportunity to speak," Clinton responded.

"Yes it is! This is free speech!" the heckler shouted back to a few scattered claps in the audience.

The heckler went on to accuse Clinton of "hypocrisy" and referenced several American historical figures, saying one former secretary of state was "involved with the CIA."

"Oh yeah, well you're brilliant in your historical cherry-picking," Clinton shot back.

Clinton attempted to move on and speak to another member of the panel as a man in the crowd approached the heckler and told him to sit down.

"I want to hear Hillary Rodham Clinton denounce President Joe Biden's warmongering speech! He's trying to push us to World War Three!" the heckler shouted.

"Oh, please. Please. Please," Clinton said.

The heckler again demanded that Clinton denounce Biden's speech.

"And I've given you an answer, I will not do that, so that's the end of our conversation," Clinton responded. "But I'll still meet you outside, but you're done."
