    Dear Commissioner Deatherage,

    Happy Veterans Day!

The dawn of our nation brought the hope of democracy to a world of autocrats. Soon, it spread around the globe for it is the only form of "government of the people, by the people, and for the people." as President Lincoln said.

Today as we honor all who served we give thanks to them for keeping that flame of democracy burning bright. Without them we would have no freedom, no democracy.

From the EOPA team that is forever indebted to our veterans.
